billing - refill - problem

my plan refill automatically as i set it up.

yesterday AT&T sent me a text message to confirm that my gophone refill was successful. I didn't use my phone the whole day yesterday and today, i received a local phone call (you charge me), i made a local phone call too (and you charge me). I still have my 500 minutes remained ???!! and normally i do not pay for incoming calls specially when my plan was just refilled a couple hours before. And now i check my balance, instead of $40, it is $39.50. Please fix that. It is really annoying and doesn't make any sense at all. How can i be charge when i still have 500 minutes? and also for incoming calls? and i repeat, my gophone just refilled. phone number : ***************

the customer service responded me back and ask me to chat with them. But guess what ....CHAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GOPHONE. So, what are we doing now?
