Changing plans? Irritated new customer.

I got a GoPhone a couple days ago. When I activated it, I was only given three different plan options, one being the $40 a month plan which was closest to the refill card I bought. The card I bought to use on my phone is a $45 a month plan.

 

Now I have this horrible, limited $40 a month plan when I paid and wanted the $45 plan (which was not offered at activation! At all! Ridiculous!). My account was credited $5, which I did not want, I want the plan I spent my money for and not some horrible, barely cheaper cop out. 

I can change my plan, but what will that do? Will I have to pay an additional $40 to use what I already bought (unlimited talk, text, and a gig of data)? 

I shouldn't have to do this at all. This is ridiculous. 

 

I also cannot get on Live Chat for the life of me. I'll call Monday if this isn't resolved by then.
