Sick of it

I am so sick of AT&T. My bill is screwed up every month. Every time I try to have it corrected my bill climbs even higher. I am currently being charger $40 a line on my 100 G family plan, and when I added a line for my son the agent added it as a 100 G line and I was charged for two 100 G plans. I called correct it and the agent put him on a two year contract instead of adding the line to my family share. I went in to correct that and was told it was too late. I threatened to walk away from my service, and was then told it could be fixed. The agency told me to my face it had been corrected, but it's not. I am being charged $300 a month for a family plan. I'm sick of this. I'm sick of AT&T. I'm tired of this "were going to screw up your bill and if you don't call every single month to make sure we're doing what we said we would when we sold you your plan you'll be stuck with it anyway" mentality. You're going to lose a customer of 8 years AT&T. This next plan is a trap.
