poor customer service

I was told my bill would be $160 a month with 4 smartphones. This is not what I got. I called to get it resolved or so I thought today. When I changed my plan I was not informed that because I upgraded 2 lines after February 2nd they were not eligible for the line discount. Had I known this before hand I would of not changed a thing. My whole goal was to lower my bill and I am right back to the same amount it was before. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and all 3 of the representatives I spoke with offered to terminate my service with them. I am in customer service and this is not how you treat your loyal customers. Because of this I will be ending my service with at&t as soon as each contract ends. They would rather lose a customer than give what they offer their customers. I used to give nothing but positive reviews for at&t but that will also come to an end. I will no longer suggest that anyone change their phone carrier to a company with such poor customer service.
