May I have more time to pay my bill?

Hello!
I am a client from Puerto Rico, US Territory. My mother died recently and I was submitted to make some changes. At the moment of this situation, my mother used to pay my telephone bills. Now I had to make the decision to keep one device. I change my Mobile Share for a simple one.

In that moment I 'd decide to pay the penalty of the IPhone, but the lady of Custumer Service advise me not to do it. The Customer service Agent never told me about the whole total amount of the Iphone4 ( penalty)neither for the IPad mini ( insurance ).

The first bill came of $250.00 was paid.
The second bill came from $265.00 - $120.00 = $145.00 in balance

Respectfully, I need more time to do the payments, because I'd explain the the Agent of Customer Service about my family situation. I tried to pay in advance, but the lady told me no. This is the first time that I see my self in this kind of situation.
