ATT Reps are liers!
I would like to file a complaint. I went to Cambridge ATT store last year to get a new contract iphone 5s. Instead of giving me a contract iphone, the Rep lied about the contract plan and get me into the Installment Next plan. He told me that I only need to pay ten monthes and every month is 32$. And he told me that if I got a contract iphone for 299$ I need to pay a activation fee. He did all his operation on his iphone and instructed me orally. After I received the bill first month and I realize that the bill shown that I need to pay 20 monthes. I immediately asked the customer service about this issue and they told me that there would not be any problem- I only need to pay 10 monthes. But today I have already paid my 13 monthes and the Rep insist that I have to pay the rest 7 month even though I found out that I was cheated by their staff. The Rep even told me that there is no one in this big corp can solve this issue! Really? Everyone is lier?
The Rep always bring the agreement out. But all the operation at that time was all done by the Rep on his iphone and all the instruction is by oral. How could I know the dishonesty of att?
I couldn't be more disappointed and upset with AT&T. I cannot believe this dishonestly here and the trouble I have had to deal with.
Can anyone help me? At the very least I want to know how the rep lied to me and how AT&T can fix this.
