So we actually took the bait of sending in our old iphone 4 since we upgraded and at&t said we would get a rebate debit card for $200.00. well the old phone was mailed out and here we are one month later still waiting for the rebate card. I called three times and my husband has called twice already and all we get is the run around. we have been waiting for a manager to call us back for about two weeks already... really is this how at&t handles their customers??? shame on them. every call is the same they still dont have the phone.... Blah Blah Blah... but they sure want their payment on time no questions.... This is the worst!!!
Going to another wireless provider who can treat us better.
