Wanted to thank the great customer service agents who helped today!

I have a student studying abroad in another country and I thought we figured out the best way to use her phone without costing anything additional above our phone plan.  When she didn't have her phone set up correctly, she ended up with charges above $600!!!! I thought I was going to die. I called customer service and spoke with Amanda in customer care.  She was very helpful and sympathetic to our issue. She was able to reduce the first months charges by half.  She told me to contact international customer service about the study abroad plan.  When I got home I called and spoke with David, and told me about the interantional plan, and the study abroad plan.  We were going to set up the study abroad plan, but couldn't get ahold of my daughter to confirm her student status.So he set everything up so I just had to call back to finalize everything once I got my daugher on the line. I called back for the 3rd time and spoke to Darrell.  He explained the difference between international and study abroad, we emailed my daughter, it ended up being a very time consuming matter, her phone wasn't set up properlys, so he actually conf my daugher and myself and him together so he could explain how she should set up her phone so not to use up too much data again. He went over and above to make sure everything was correct.  Everyone I spoke to today went out of their way to assist me.  I wanted to make sure I complimented AT&T on great customer service.  THANKS!
