Very Disapointed With Customer Service/Billing Representative

I am ATT customer from past 7 yrs, recently I was on international trip. I never used a data plan purposefully as I have my own local mobile and my ATT mobile was in airplane mode. Unfortunately something went wrong and I was charged $470 for 20 MB of data and my total bill was $700. When I called the customer care they were not even trying to adjust my bill as they do lot of crappy adjustments on unwanted things. I spoke to international customer care and they were ready to make an adjustments but it was not allowing them to do it and they transfered to US customer care billing department and they are rediculous and they are not even trying to adjust my bill. Long back I removed all my international services but unfortunately this data roaming was taken away by some representative. I am not sure whose mistake it is, I was completely screwed on the bill. Also before bil was genereated I got a call from ATT and expaning the offer as I was busy in office I asked them if I can call back to discuss the same, but representative said that he is gonna give me a call back, unfortunately no one called and they left a note saying that I have declined the offer. How would I decline $35 offer and pay $470 for data usage.

 

I don't recommend to go for ATT connection, atleast they need to condider some cases. But customer care is really bad at this and they were not polite at all. 

 

Very bad customer care service experience I have in past 7 yrs. This  is the first time I asked them to make some adjustments and they said no they can't, not at all helpfull. This really sucks.
