So furious and upset right now. I had been with Sprint for 11 years and my bill seemed to keep going up and up so I started shopping around. I am not one for change and it took me a couple of months to even begin shopping. I finally called AT&T because I have Uverse and Internet through them. When I got someone on the phone I explained how nervous I was about switching due to hidden fees etc. She quoted me for (3) lines and (3) new phones, $140 per month and $.99 for each phone. I repeatedly asked her are you sure and she said yes. I did not switch right away because I had to think about it. She told me if I'd like to switch to email my Sprint information and she would go ahead and place the order. Well I sent an email to her (See below) and when she replied I thought okay I will go ahead and switch. In my email to her I reminded her of what she quoted me and also my concerns again of switching. WELLLLLL, I get my first bill today and guess what it's $939.21. I became LIVID and immediately called. First gal I talked to had no idea how to help me and ended up transferring me to a department that was closed. Not acceptable I need to talk to someone today!!! Finally talked to a supervisor and she assisted somewhat BUT what the initial girl quoted me and what I will be paying is not the same. My bill will be $220 per month (same I was paying Sprint should have stayed)!! So furious!!!!! Here is the email:

Hi Tereia, I spoke with you earlier regarding switching my service from Sprint to AT&T. You quoted me $140 per month for 3 lines of service and 99 cents for each phone. You stated this is for UNLIMITED Talk, Text and Data for 2 years. I just want to make sure that this price will remain for the 2 years and there are no hidden fees. I have been with Sprint for 11 years and I don’t want any surprises if I switch. If you can just confirm this information I will be glad to make the switch to AT&T, thanks!!
