HOW DO YOU TALK TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE OF CREDIT AND SERVICE THAT WONT SHUFFLE YOU AROUND FOR HOURS AND HAS AUTHORITY AT ATT??
I HAVE HAD 5 TO 8 LINES WITH ATT FOR OVER 7 YEARS. MY AVERAGE PHONE BILL WAS $650 TO $920 A MONTH, WE FINALLY HAD SOMEONE REVIEW THE BILL 5 MONTHS AGO AND THEY CLAIM THEY GOT IT DOWN TO UNDER $300 PER MONTH.
WE JUST PURCHASED 2 NEW PHONES LAST MONTH AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR SOME KIND OF SERVICE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO TRACK YOUR PHONE IN THE EVENT THAT YOU MISPLACE IT.
TWO DAYS LATER WE TRIED TO LOCATE THE PHONE AND AFTER 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH ATT THEY INFORMED ME THAT WE NEEDED TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE ON THE ACTUAL PHONE ITSELF. IN THE MEANTIME WE NOW BUY AN ADDITIONAL GALAXY NOTE 3 WHICH ARE NOT CHEAP AND OUR PHONE BILL SKY ROCKETS AND THE SERVICE ON THE 2 PHONES IS SO BAD THAT IT MAKES USING THEM UNBEARABLE.
I TRIED TO RETURN MY SAMSUMG TO ATT AND THEY STATED I WAS A WEEK TOO LATE AFTER PURCHASE.
MY BOYFRIEND SPEND 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE ON OCT 2, 2014 IN WHICH CYNTHIA AND JENNFER PROMISED TO CREDIT IMMEDIATLEY $300. WITHIN 24 HOURS BECAUSE HE WANTED TO LITERALLY SHUT DOWN THE SERVICE.. WE WERE GOING TO CANCEL OUT SERVICE COMPLETLY.
A WEEK HAS GONE BY AND WE HAVE ALREADY SPENT 4.5 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND NOW ATT STATES THAT THEY CREDITED $5.00 AND WE NEED TO CATCH UP THE BILL BEFORE THEY WILL DISCUSS. IN ADDITION I HAVE BEEN PAYING A DSL LINE EVERY MONTH AND I KNOW LEARN THAT WE CAN GET A HOTSPOT BUT THEY CANT SEND US ONE UNTIL THE CURRENT BILL IS RESOLVED.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FALSE PROMISES IN A WAY TO GET YOU TO PAY A ENDLESS GROWING BILL AND THEN GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN.
WHOM OR WHAT DEPARTMENT CAN PROVIDE THE CREDIT THAT WAS PROMISED, GET THE PHONE EXCHANGED I AM WILLING TO PAY A RESTOCK FEE. I WANT A BILL THAT WILL ACTUALLY STAY THE SAME EVERY MONTH.
IS IT FAIR THAT WE NEED TO PAY OVER $1000 IN EARLY CANCELLATION TO CHANGE TO VERIZON? BECAUSE ATT HAS GROWN TO SUCH A LARGE NON CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED GIANT. HELP!!!!!! I AM STRESSED OUT TO EVEN CALL AGAIN.
