ATT double charged me!

wo days from my cycle to end, I noticed I was at 1977MB of my 2GB plan.

I got called At&T to increase my plan to 4GB and back track it so that I would not inccur any overages. They charged me for that plan change ($5.53) and then also charged me for overage (1GB at 15.00). I called to complain and the staff said they would process the refund. 3 days later no call or resolution, I called again to find out that the status of my request was denied. I escalated the call to a supervisor, named "Martin Stark". He said that the staff did my plan change but never back tracked it so even though it is a staff error, he would not issue the refund of 15.00. He believes it is fair that AT&T is double charging me for this. You can't expect a customer that calls in advance to prevent overages to pay a rate plan change and an overage that never happenned. The usage was 0.06 MB! The plan was changed from 2GB to 4GB but only the last 2 days of the month! I opened a new case, CM****** but never heard back. Martin refused to give me his manager's name and would not help me. He stated that I have hit a roadblock and theres nothing he or that at& t could do. I have been with AT&T for 7 years. I cant wait to leave.

I need a resolution to this matter.
