I have been a loyal costumer to AT&T ever since I got my first phone. I never missed a payment. Recently my daughter cracked her phone screen and we have to get another phone. For some reason AT&T changed my address without my permission or telling to do so. I didn't get my bill. I tried to call for days but no one would pick up. I didn't get the next month after that. I finally got a bill and it was outrageous. I paid for the months I hadn't got the bill but there was the added expense of me missing the payment. I can't pay that extra expense and asked if they would split my bill up and pay a little at a time and they shut our phones off. It wasn't even my fault and I WOULD HAVE PAID IT IF I HAD MY BILL OR IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE PICKED UP THE OHONE SO I COULD HAVE TALKED TO THEM. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND ITS NOT SAFE FOR ME NOT TO HAVE A CELL OHONE IN THE ENVIRONMENT I LIVE IN.
