I've been with AT&T for 16 years now and I have upgraded my phone every 2 years using their subsidy program 2 year contract for discounted phone. Well I went to upgrade to the iPhone 6 and now they are wanting to increase my monthly rate by $75 (upgrade 3 lines). I have never had my rates go up when I upgraded. Is this one of their scams to try and sucker you into their lease program (Next)? I also decided to switch to UVerse several months ago and I told them I needed 6 boxes and never once did anyone tell me that you could only watch 4 of them at once. I found this out when I had a house full of family members. And all AT&T will do when you call to complain is say well I'm sorry you were not informed of that. Is it just me or can you call the 3 different times and ask the same question and get 3 completely different answers? It seams to me that AT&T does one heck of a job making sure they don't entail every detail of what you are signing up for. I am really starting to get tired of this Bull and I am thinking of making a switch.
