Today I called as there was an issue with my bill and my imessaging. I was lucky enough to come in contact with someone by the name of Mary Ellen but I would call her an angel sent from above.
Mary Ellen was extremely pleasant, patient and kind. We were on the phone for at least 45 min if not longer.
She went out of her way to help me and I cannot thank her enough I wish I knew her full name as I would love to send her token of my appreciation.
To whomever reads this and if you are Mary Ellen's boss she deserves a raise!!!
If your out there Mary Ellen I spoke with you 9/26/14 and you helped with my bill and my service thank you again.
