You will be losing a customer

I paid my phone bill on 9/19/2014 using the smart phone app - checked my bank account Monday (9/22)and my account was overdrawn ... Somehow the app paid not only this months bill but next months as well !! Not only is my account overdrawn but I already had two over draft fees in the amount of $36 (each) post to my account. I was on the phone with your finance department for 40 minutes all to be told there was nothing they can do about it! I am so disappointed with the service I have received I am now shopping around for a new carrier - the company I work for has a lot of employees that use your services and I will make sure every single person I know hears about this situation and how AT&T was unwilling to fix the billing error .
