I don't know if anyone's checking account was flagged as fraudulent by AT&T? But my checking account was flagged as fraudulent by AT&T, rightfully so, because my bank closed it inadvertently. But my checking account has been corrected since by my bank. Now i'm unable to pay my bills through AT&T's website. It's been giving me this error PM01875. I've always been told by the finance department to check with my bank because this is what the error code says. I've checked with my bank multiple times and they said that everything is fine on their side. I believe my bank because I'm able to pay my AT&T bills through online banking and AT&T has always received the funds. I like using the AT&T app for payment due to the convenience it gives me. Can anyone tell me if you had this kind of trouble? This has been ongoing since November of last year and AT&T can't seem to fix this problem of mine. Thanks in advance for any advice.
