I never liked you. You dropped my calls, your reception sucks, you cost too much. Now, though, you have crossed the line.
Tomorrow, I will return my cellphone to the store and cancel my att service forever, because you are trying to screw me out of $15 a month. I hope you'll wonder was it worth it? But I know you won't--I know because I talked to one of your "customer service managers," who didn't give enough to resolve the issue. I know because a company that would suggest you return your cellphone to the store as a solution to your problem has no grasp on reality.
