Website is very misleading to upgrades. One loyal upset customer .

I was told that I needed to pay 37.00, which is the last installment on my next plan to be eligible to upgrade to the new iPhone 6 plus. After submitting my payment not once but twice, I am still unable to upgrade. I was even told by a representative that this is all I had to do. Now I am being told that I have to wait until the 21st of this month in order to be eligible under the next plan. If I had knew this information in the beginning, I would have not submitted the payment twice.
