No Loyalty

My wife and I have been with AT&T for a combined 19 years, and I am sad to say it was reveled to me today that it means absolutely nothing. Years of patience with down services, buggy phones, messed up bills and accidental charges, and we are still considered just a number in the masses.

My brother in-law was just given a FREE IPhone 6 Plus by Verizon for staying with them! I called AT&T to see if they would do that for my wife and I, and all I got was the run-around as they tried to re-spin their billing pitch and switch numbers around like I was making out. I have heard it all before, and it isn’t anything new. All I am saying is that there are many other options out there for carriers, and they are itching to get your service, so with the release of the IPhone 6 / Plus, I think this is a prime time to move.

AT&T expects customer loyalty and upgrades, but isn’t willing to be loyal in return. I, as a business owner, understand the principle of customer acquisition and retention.
