Cant wait to switch to any other carrier

So, one month in and am already regretting my move to AT&T!!

1. They did not port my numbers over 
2. They could not figure out how to order my daughters MotoX
3. They did not set up my address correctly
4. They suspended my service

Why? because

1. They did not set up my address correctly so I got no bill

2. They tried to contact us on my daughter's number (we have taught her not to pick up numbers she does not recognize) because somehow that was set up as the primary -- a phone we did not have for 3 weeks after our contract because they could not figure out how to order it

So, I pay the bill online and they refuse to remove the penalty because "we tried everything" to contact you!!!

Its going to be a long 2 years on this contract...
