The message was about a past due bill and gave me two options which I chose option 2 to schedul a later date to pay ( I just needed it until the 18th) and was told additional istructions would be sent and there was no need to call. Well now they have shut my service off and I tried through chat because I cannot make a call and speak with anyone, all I was told "sorry there is nothing we can do". How was I suppose to know they did not receive my reply and since it said no need to call I did not think anything else about it or the additional information they were supose to send me. I hate I left T-mobile for ATT and ATT has the worst customer service and not to mention all the network issues I have had since joining them and they still has not fix the problem. Is there anyone else has had ATT not helping with a situation that is out of your control when you done what was asked of you but they for some reason did not get the response. Please help, and if anyone has moved from one company to ATT please let me know how to go back to that company because I am not happy with ATT all around services.
