So I got messages saying my plan would renew in two days....next thing I knew I didn't have service...it said it payment was "unsuccessful" so I then went on and paid with a debit card and switched to that card as preferred card for payment...now today, they deducted AGAIN, this time from the credit card that I had switched from...have been on the phone twice tonight and super frustrated, they end up saying I have to speak to someone else so I can get my money refunded and put me on hold....so annoying..finally hung up on them while waiting and thought I could get somewhere through their web site, well forget that!!!! I will be switching to StraightTalk....
