When we went to the AT&T store to change the data plan I needed to add data on another line. I asked repeatedly if this would remove the unlimited data on my line and he kept telling me it wouldn't. Imagine my surprise when I check the website to add a new iPhone to our plan and see that my "unlimited" line has gone over the limit. I've been trying to get this fixed before this billing cycle is over but I keep getting the run around.
We've had our account for around ten years and never had a problem. But lately anytime we go to one of the stores they accidentally change things! If this is how AT&T treats it's loyal customers it may be time for a switch!
