Hello my name is Ricardo and first of all I have to say that I'm very very disappointed with the service we have received recently, I have had AT&T services before and never have I been given the run around to fix the issues we are dealing with I know your better than that.
I have a AT&T go phone that I paid recently on August 27th which was $60 plus tax, now the phone I was using stopped working so my option was to get into a 2 yr contract with a friend off mine, everything started out ok, I got a Samsung note 3 at best buy for $100 plus tax the best buy rep told us to call AT&T to get the number ported from my AT&T go phone into my new note 3. Over the phone the AT&T rep told me it could be done but she was having an issue (which I did call on a Monday which was labor day) with her computer and told me to go to a core store. I went to a store and the rep who was trying to help me did what he could, he kept getting transferred like 6 different times and told me that it couldn't be done. So I have a AT&T phone number already that I can't port over into my new service?? That doesn't make sense, so he suggests to open a new line and have a total of two lines so I can use my number which it's what we did and upgrade the go phone into a contract with a new phone...my friend calls tells me she spoke to various AT&T reps and spent 2 hours on the phone to tell her that we are getting charged for changing the number which I was not informed and also tells her to return the note 3 we bought at best buy and pay the $199 to get it through you guys....now to me that sounds very inconvenient...so I would please like to have this issue taken care of this is the worst experience I have had
