Worst customer service every in my life

At&T will never get it and thats why their customer service relationships ins rated worst.

Inspite of being with AT&T for 5 yrs, and paying every month, they treat their customers so bad.

They charged me more than they told for getting an add one. But when called, 1st agent told they will reduce the amount. with no change in bill, I called back and the agent told it correct charges. When asked to need to speak to supervisor, he said he is not available. I request a call back and their was 1 ring and they phone disconnected. I called back, and they said "the supervisors and managers are very busy and they usually dont call"... which company does this type of work. I called back as I have not resolved my wrong charges. This time I request I need to talk to manager as the customer service agent cannot resolve it. Finally I lost my patience and approached my credit card company to revert the charges. Credit card compnay reverted the charges and they Att texted me that I need to pay never mentioning about suspending cell phone service. Within 1 hr of the text they suspended my phone service. I have been with at&T for 6 yrs and this is how they treat a customer. Not even a third world country will do a inhuman job. I called and requested that my charges be revert and they need to read the rule of credit card transactions and they cant blackmail me to pay the wrong charges by suspending my account. I know they are trying to get rid of me as I have unlimited Data plan. But in a jury court, I am not sure how this type of customer service works. I bet ATT is doing the same to lot of customers. I am not going to quit. Att might think people will yield to these sort of actions. If there are people who have been treated like this, please post.

1) Is there a company which will not call make if the customer request, because the managers are "BUSY"?

2) Is there a company which emails saying the due date to pay is 10 days and they suspend the serivce in 4 days

3) Is this the way to annoy a customer, so that he can leave and they can save DATA plan?

4) Will there be a jury which will accept these actions from a company?
