Samuel L Jackson said it best "Can you give me back my time? "

So this phone conversation lasted 56 mins and some odd seconds.... Tim was very nice and stayed on while I talked to Curly in collections. I basically was told that what I was told on 8/22 about paying 173.50 to restore my service was not true. I was given the word of the rep that all I needed to do beyond making the payment of 173.50 was to call in and have service manually restored. I told Lloyd on 8/22 that I would make the payment next friday... that is today. I went to att store today at 11:43 after being discharged from the hospital for stress....5 only add more stress to my life. Immediately after logging into my account in the store, the rep led me over to a phone and called customer care. The rep on the phone said I needed to pay 973.53 to resume service and then I would need to do a credit check and pay a deposit per line (we have 5 lines btw). I said I was told it would be 173.50 and never told about any credit check or deposit. She said "I'll put my manager on so he can tell you what I'm saying is true" I told her I never questioned if it was true I'm just asking do you see the notes from 8/22 from Lloyd. She says "maam your being argumentative" in the middle of me saying no just asking a question...she put me on hold. I had to explain to the manager that I never asked for him and he then told me he sees I need to pay 173.50 but I will have to do.a credit check and deposit per line due to having 6 suspensions but 3 of those were done in att error. .. I give up. No one honors the word of the previous rep. I don't understand why I feel entangled in an epic battle with att. If only I was compensated for my time I would have a 194826163920488.03 credit on my account...Note 4s for everyone all around!!
