I contacted customer service tonight for help with a data overage notice I received - almost 3 g of data in 3 weeks- I have never even got close to my limit of 2 g in the past. I noticed that most of the large amounts of data (16560 to 97658 kb)was happening between 1:30 & 3:30 am when Iam sleeping. The ATT rep would only say that "someone is using the phone or its in someones pocket"???? They claim that there is nothing they could do to help but place a $25 credit on my account. Within 1/2 hour of haning up ( I did call on my landline) with them I went over 3.7 g and I had not used my phone in the last hour.
Can anyone help!!!
