Does AT&T really value me as the catch phrase states?

Because AT&T took over my previous wireless providers I have been grandfathered in and am considered a 16 year customer. I have a billing dispute right now and I'm getting the runaround. I was deliberately misled regarding a charge and out of the eight people I have spoken with regarding this issue half have told me how valued I am and half have told me there's nothing they can do. My final conversation was with a supervisor who told me I would be considered an ICU case and would hear from someone w/in 72 business hours. It's been over 72 business hours. Where are you AT&T?
