and with who without it going through arbitration? it has to do with the change in my plan as i was stripped of my unlimited data. i don't want to know an 800 number or someone who just reads the paper in front of them on what to say because i've been there, done that. i was given an 800 number to call and the woman was the rudest #@%&#@ i've ever dealt with and a liar. a pit bull put there to chase people off and says no to everybody on everything and yes yes yes to those who put her there. i was told i was grandfathered in on unlimited data and i wouldn't ever lose that. unlimited data is just that, she told me i used too much. they cut me out of the unlimited data and signed me up for the 5gb. when i have tried to up that to keep from overages, they switch my son's line over also, his number is on my bill and he has unlimited data. i've caught their mistake each time...about four, and they switched his number back to unlimited data so i don't want to hear any crap about they can't put me back on it. they...whoever that is, own the company they can do what they want. they said i'd never lose the unlimited, but i did. now they say they can't put me on it but they can they've done my son's line four times. i've been with at&t since my first line about 15 years ago. each time they have changed my plan they filed a resolution order or whatever, to request i be put back on unlimited and each time it was denied. i was told it may take up to so many days to resolve it but i'd hear from them on the outcome. on each one i recieved and email not even an hour later denying it. my overages have been so rediculously screwed up i can't keep up with it and my bill is over twice what it should be and use to be. i'm on the verge of telling at&t something i don't want to say, but i deserve better treatment than this. i need to know how to contact someone who can change what has been done to my bill and plan so don't misdirect me please to someone who just reads answers from a sheet. please, thank you.
