So I had a terrible terrible interaction with the customer service for my wireless plan today. They were no help at all so I asked to talk to another manager. She got on the phone and she was extremely rude to me and absolutely no help. She did not seen like she even wanted to talk to me or hear what I have to say. She basically called me a liar multiple times and was actually being sarcastic with me on things that I said she would answer in a very sarcastic way. I was very frusturated and couldn't even believe it was happening. I asked for her name at the end and she did not seem happy about that at all. But I won't post her name on here until someone gets in touch with me. I'm in the military so I get paid on the 1st and 15th every month and I'm going through a divorce right now so money is pretty right. My balance was $581 and talked to a customer service rep on the 7th of august and he was actually very helpful but according to the manager I talked with today he told me the things that I said he told me and I'm lying about what he told me. Anyways I explained to him my situation with my military pay dates and going through my divorce and that I'm trying to make my payment but I won't get paid until the 14th of august and I said I might not be able to Afford the whole $581. So he told me and insured me to try and pay as much as I can and my service won't be suspended. So I took his word for it and on the 8th of July I set up a payment arrangement of my balance. When the 14th came around I scraped together $400 to pay my bill because that's all I could afford. And I cancelled my payment arrangement of $581. So I paid a good majority of my balance so I thought everything was ok because that's what I was told. Well anyways today my service got disconnected and they tried to charge me the $581 to my bank account that I already paid $400 of. Well my bank charged me a $30 return check few because I did not have enough money in my account. So that's basically the whole story and when I called to explain them that and how I needed my phone service that is crucial to me and my job and my family. They were absolutely no help and the manager was so rude and disrespectful. I felt sick the way I was treated. I went in tiday after work to pay the renaming $181 dollars that I had to borrow from a friend to get my service back connected. So apparently this is all my fault and I am a liar according to AT&T.. Sincerely a very unsatisfied customer. Some one please respond to help me out
