sick of att pricing

I am tired of being surprised every month...somehow we rack up more and more data charges every month without any significant changes in usage on our side. I was getting usage racked up while I was sleeping. We can't afford thus but u refuse to offer unlimited data...so I don't care what it is going to cost us at this point to leave you, consider it done. A few months ago customer service was helpful, i thought it was getting better, but not so much...i was told if I increase to 20gig it would be 150.00...website says 200...and we are so far over it this month somehow it is ridiculous. I am moving after over 10 years with you to another provider...just can't keep paying these astronomical rates. Sick of being killed every month financially for just my cell phone...can't add any more lines for my other kids because I just can't afford it. I know technology costs, but seriously, if other competitors can offer unlimited data at a fraction of the cost....see ya! I just can't do this anymore...i would say it is not you it's me, but honestly, it is you. I wa s duped in to my upgrades, lied about my bill, been paying it, but just can't any more...on top of it you won't even provide me u verse even tho its available in my area, and I have been with you for over 10 years, you want a fat deposit...heck no! Quit asking me to switch because at this point, I am switching, but not to uou...away from you. As soon as I get a new plan in place...you will be just a distant traumatic memory and I will not recommend you to anyone. In this day and age, when kids need Internet and data at school, I just can't afford every gig being paid for...need un limited and you all are too greedy to offer it at a reason able price. Sad, really...10 year customer breaking up with you over your limitations and greediness.
