I recently had my one and only issue with AT&T. I've never had a issue everyone has always been helpful. Recently my IPhone broke and a app started downloading causing my data to triple in amount. My bill went to 476 dollars from 136 dollars in a matter of days. I spoke to AT&T and they agreed that If I took my phone to Apple and they confirmed it was broken they would credit the overage charges. AT&T set up two payment arrangements one for the past due and one for the overages. I paid the past due balance and then called AT&T from Apple and Apple confirmed the phone was broken which was affecting my usage and they refunded the overage charges. I believed the bill was taken care of until this morning when my account was suspended for nonpayment! I freaked out paid the bill and then I was notified by my bank that the payment would not be covered. I have no idea what to do! Please help!
