Wanting to cancel service.

Hello! I have been an AT&T customer for a very long time. I recently upgraded my phones, and called prior to upgrade about any hidden charges. I was told No. So, my husband and I upgraded, and are very happy with our iPhone 5c. We upgraded on July 11, and before the month was over I started receiving texts saying that we have been using all our data. The texts would come back to back, and we received them during the middle of the night. I called to ask why I was receiving them, and was told not to worry about them. That I still had 2gb left to my plan. Fast forward to now, and I just received my $389 bill with two $40 upgrade charges and almost $100 in data. I do not think these are fair charges. I talked with a supervisor who told me very rudely that they were not AT&T errors, and basically to suck it up. Well, I can't pay that amount.. Much less it's not fair to pay it. What to do? Is there a corporate number or email?
