Billing issue [Edited to reflect new topic]

I've been trying to contact customer service for severad days now and have been put on hold for the longest time. I have inquiry on my billing statement which reflected another $70 increase from last month. I would like to make some changes into our account and would appreciate your immediate attention. Kindly contact me at ----, as I  haven't been fortunate to get though customer service.
