Being a customer to AT&T I have continue to have issue after issue. I left T-Mobile (customer for 10 years) because of the great things I've heard about AT&T. It has been a nightmare. The customer service and managers are not helpful at all. I been having major issues with date overages. Just within the last two days I have been trying to set up a payment arrangement (due to loss of job) I have talked to several CSR's and two managers ( Patricia Bear, Porscha Farguson) I have been told that I have already made a arrangement and that I have disconnected calls, etc. When asked to have the calls pulled due do incorrect information (never hung up) I was giving the run around. Mrs Farguson also stated that I was offered a arrangement and decline. How in the world after spending hours on the call with customer service did I decline. I will be taking my business to a company that cares and help their customers not have a attitude for doing their job!
