Billing errors, possible fraud

AT&T rep setup two new I5s's and when asked how much I owed, reply was "don't worry about it" more than three times. Nothing was signed and when I got a bill for equipment, I went to local manager for explanation and a copy of ANY signed documentation. No help! Two weeks later I again went to same mgr for updates and basically got the broken record response of "sorry" with two options. Return phones or pay what should be for a valid signed contract. I offered to pay what would have been a binding agreement upon presentation of a signed document less the charges for the first 5 months, basically verbally agreeing to a contract. All this "manager" knew to do was keep repeating the same thing over and over! Verizon is looking good right now.

Do you think AT&T gives a rat's butt about a long time customer with 2 home phone lines, internet, 4 cells and two IPads????
