I purchased an upgrade phone. The phone did not work so i took it to the local AT&T store within 2 days and they agreed. They told me they would have to chage me $35 if i were to return it at the store. I told them I have been a customer over 20 years, the manager said there was nothing he could do. After mailing the phone back, I have been waiting nearly a month to have my account credited. I called in again for the seventh ot eight time and was not allowed to speak with the supervisor (only by IM) through the customer service rep. The supervisor(Y4FG9G9) tells the customer service rep that because of how I ordered the phone, I may not be fully credited. This is the worst service ever! I have been a loyal, pay my bill on time customer. The lack of service this company offers is dismal. The inability to empower service reps to right wrongs by this company will make it sink like a big unruly out of control ship. You should be ashamed.
