I need to complain ..... Cant catch a break after 5 or more years of loyalty

Dear At&t,

 

                I feel I need to express all my feelings to you.. I have been a loyal customer for a while…ever since you bought out Unicel….causing my $15 or $30 dollar plan to be no more, switching was free but in a short few months I had to buy a phone with yall so it would fully work with your service. Still Loyal…. I Have stayed with you guys for 5 or more years… Kept the same  number.  I have noticed rates going up and up …. I have spent alone $6000 JUST LAST YEAR.  That is ridiculous considering I only made $11,359… That is more then half of my earning….. AND I CANT EVEN GET UNLIMITED INTERNET.    Every month you have charged me a ridiculous number and I have paid it…. Well I cant afford 900 dollars a month…. And to be honest can you justify a 900 dollar cell phone bill o and did I mention that’s $900 with my 21% Hilton Employee discount… I am a single female …. I just moved away from home and make minimum wage…. I will no longer sell my belongings for AT&T. I called last month and asked for my GB to be upped so I wouldn’t incur overages,,,,, well they upped the next months GB so I have overages of $250  bucks… Why would I call last month to have this months GB upped if last month was over???? That doesn’t make sense.   I have called, Texted almost every month… How hard is it to ask for an AT&T rep…. to make sure a loyal customer such as myself doesn’t incur Overages…. That is what customer service  IS.  

                I have never felt like a loyal member. I work in customer service and I always aim to go above and beyond, yes, I understand NOT every request is possible….. But I feel 0% compassion or even appreciation from you guys.   My service was shut off actually on the 3rd  when my bill was due the 4th…. Every month the bill is paid, some may be a tad late, but then again remember it is just little ol me out here selling everything I own just so I can be connected with the world.

  1. I feel as a loyal member you could have called me before disconnecting me.
  2. Maybe waited till the 4th so I could have at least called my mother and said happy 4th of july. 
  3. Given me a grace period, I mean you will continue to charge me even if I don’t pay so why not let me have a phone so it will be easier for me .

 

There is many ways to make someone feel special… Make me feel like you do VALUE MY LOYALTY.     

 

Right now, I am dealing with my ex tried to kill me… He shot a 45 at my ride barely missing me… He was drunk, and I at no way knew his intentions…. He is in jail my ride went in the shop, and the deductible totally killed me. Every penny I had went in to because I am now 4 hours from “home”  family, friends…. And I would have no way to work….

 

Im not asking for a free ride…. I am just asking for you all to look at my bill… Tally every month for every year and tell me if the money I spent can cut me a break.    I cant even call you with 611…..

 

Chats get disconnected or they don’t want to read the previous history.   I signed up for uverse and I loved it…. Its affordable…. Well when I moved

  1. They made me pay the 113.00 fee again.
  2. I already paid and waited days finally I called and asked when I would have home internet…  
  3. They discovered for some reason my block cant get uverse, although on the web it shows with the map it should have perfect service.
  4. After I called  countless times   every time they had to dig for the paperwork or whatever it was causing me to have to repeat my self OVER AND OVER>…… End result  they said I would have my refund check  in 7 days…… TOOK THEM 2 ½  months to give me my refund…. And  the refunded only 100   what about my other 13 …. OR really what happended with my first deposit , I would have gladly gave back the equipment…. 

*what about my deposit I paid with unicel, will you give that back to me???

I would love to continue service with yall, but I truly can barely afford to feed myself…

 

Please work with me…. I need a phone.
