Calling a Manager's attention!

I just got off the phone with Latoya W. from the cancellation department and as upset as I am with not getting my issue resolved, I am even MORE upset with the manner and attitude Latoya showed me.  She was rude and would not listen to what I was saying.  She interrupted me MANY times as I spoke and even put me on hold while I was STILL talking!!! She also would not stop talking when I tell her to listen to me.  She just goes on and on repeating what she has already told me twice! 

 

Managers or supervisors, if you are reading this please forward this comment/feedback to the right department.  This is completely unacceptable behaviour from an employee.
