Please someone can help me out. Here is the problem:
On 5/19, I placed an order online to switch from Verizon to AT&T for Mobile Share Value plan for three lines:
1. Line one: htc one mini installment $14.42, Monthly $100, plus $40 minus $25 . Montly total $115.
2. Line two: iphone 5s installment $28.85. Monthly $40 minus $25. Monthly total $15.
3. Line three: no phone purchased. Monthly $40 minus $25. Monthly total $15.
But ended up AT&T entered Line one as a two year contract install of NEXT Mobile Share Value plan. This makes the montly charge $140 instead of $115 per the purchase order.
I spent hours chatting, calling and visiting AT&T store. They built a case for it (case # ************). But the problem has still not be solved and what I was told that they could do nothing because it already passed 14 days after the contract signed.
Could you help me out? What should I do to get the problem fixed? Why they can't fix the problem they made?
My friend suggested me to file a compaint against AT&T with FCC. But before I do that, I'd like to see if someone here who can help.
