I can't believe how many att reps flat out lie to you and scam you into exactly what you didn't want in the first place. They can't find your conversations that they record or the ones the rep takes 20 min to write when you call back. They send you on a wild goose chase when you try to make a complaint. Now Im in this JOKE forum. If I had a choice I would not be with ATT. I dont know how these reps can sell thier sole and screw loyal customers for a pay check. Shame on you and God is watching you.
