i started my services with at&t at the may 1st. I was told I would recieve a bill in the mail in about 3 weeks with my total he said would be about 139. I recieved my bill in 3 weeks like he said however i got my bill on the 24th and it was due the 27th. I was under the impression that my bill would be due the beginning of june. I am a student and money is tight, I would have been better off to just pay the bill right when i started my services. No other company has a billing cycle like this.... It would be nice to be made aware of this whenever starting your plan. As soon as i realized that my first paycheck of the month wasnt until june 13th i called to see if i could set up a payment and you were unable to help me. now my services are suspended until the 13th whenever i get my first check. on top of that i am going to get hit with a 40 dollar reconnection fee... This is poor custumer service I was unaware of the billing cycle and I think you could have made an exception for a few days.
