What is up with the whole "You must have a credit card/debit card to schedule a payment at a later date" thing?
Now I'm going to be without a phone because you can't freaking setup a payment at a later date without one of the above.
Glad I'm switching to Straight Talk now AT&T. I really loved your service, but I don't appreciate the serious lack of effort to keep me as a customer. I would've tried to pay my bill but I can't get an extension, which is very unfair.
How long before I should expect my phone to get cut off?
