All of the sudden, the data usage has skyrocketted on one of our lines and we can't figure out why. ATT hasn't been helpful at all other than saying we need to increase our data plan. When I look at the data usage detail on the website, I see the large amounts (19-39MB) being sent daily and at regular intervals but in the to/from column, it just says "phone". I have seen phone numbers, "wap.cingular" which is an application use, but never just "phone". We have wifi and it is being used during the times these large files are being sent. What is going on and how do I fix it?
