AT&T adjustment department

AT&T adjustment department refusing to help and adjust. This is my response to you. Jerry R. High level credits and adjustment team : Hello, With all the notes including my diligence if calling some many techs and supervisors and csr's. Yoyr telling me that I tried every avenue to stop the havker and ask AT&T for help on tracking them, call Samsung as suggested and changed my device password twice, factory reset my phone twice, used a neighbors phone to stop this without you all calling to resolve this continuous issue beyond my control. Even getting a third contract for wireless capabilities, which they made a easy fix and added a lock on my service only to allow devices I gave them. Nothing I added, but your telling me your gonna disregard the note and not credit my account for those frivolous charges a computer smart person benefited from. You didn't even research its not a habit of mine if before the change I didn't have over charges for how long???? R. Escalate this issue to someone whom will research or send me a e-mail back with the legal department's phone number or address, because now I don't see no safe guard my wireless provider.
