Complaint regarding rate change

So about a two months ago. I went online and noticed that the rate plans had dropped ten dollars which I was totally excited about  that so I clicked on it to change it and went about my day. We'll I received my bill a few weeks later and noticed it hadn't changed so I called and spoke to this great rep in Texas who apologized and said she could see when I went in the computer to do so and went ahead and changed everything for me and said she would take care of it.Now this is a month or two later and my bill is back up ten dollars and they say rates didn't change and there are no specific notes so basically it's like it all never happened that the past two months has been a ten dollar discount that was a mysterious courtesy  but now they decided to change it and tell me they can't pull the conversation and there is nothing I can do.When I asked to speak with a manager she was unbelievably rude!!!!! My husband and I both have phone through them and the cable although they jerked us around for the cable price too.My aunt and Uncle worked for this company for almost 30 years and am shocked this is the way this company now acts cause they would never carry on business like this.my phone bill is now back up ten dollars and I will never trust this company again.MY advice to everyone get names dates and record and document everything cause this company does not conduct itself with good customer service nor do their so called managers have class!!!!! When my contract is up we will be switching for sure!
