formal complaint:Billing

I would like to submit a formal complaint about the way my husband and I were treated by ATT representatives today. While trying to figure out why our service was shutoff we were told we needed to pay a past bill (1 month prior)that was sent back from the bank for fraudulent charges. I asked what card was on file and was told a last four of the debit card and immediately knew what had happend. The last four of the card number stated by the Rep was no my card that I had verbally authorized to be charged and had told the representive when I called that I did not recognize the card number and to remove it from my account. Well after literally 5 hours of talking to 4 differnt managers and being hung up on purposfully my hubby went to the actual store for a live body. The gentelman helping him immediatly found the isssue and had our service restore affter chatting online with corporate and explaining to them the situation. Att charged another card from whoever and then realized it was wrong and reveresed it and placed the blame on us the customer!!!! I was told I was being fradulant and NOT ONE MANAGER would listen to try and help. If I didnt just sign a new 2 year agreememnt we would be gone and believe me when it is up were most deffinetly are. Too bad weve been with ATT for 10+years but that has no effect on big corporate.
