UNFAIR BILLING POLICIES

I HAVE BEEN AN AT&T CUSTOMER FOR OVER 6 YEARS BUT I DECIDED TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT CARRIER BECAUSE I NEED TO SAVE MONEY. I PORT MY NUMBERS ON APRIL 6TH W/ MY NEW CARRIER. MY BILL W/ ATT&T RUNS FROM 03/25/14 TO 04/22/14 BUT I ONLY USE 13 DAYS OF SERVICES. NOW I AM GETTING CHARGE FOR THE FULL MONTH WHICH I PAID. AT&T DOES NOT WANT TO PRO-RATE MY USAGE AND IS NOT WILLING TO RETURN THE EXTRA MONEY I PAID. I ALREADY PLACE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB BECAUSE I THINK THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD. IT IS CRAZY TO PAY A FULL AMOUNT FOR ONLY 13 DAYS OF USE. I TRIED TO CONTACT CORPORATE OFFICE BECAUSE NONE OF YOUR MANAGERS ARE ABLE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THEY ALL AGREE THAT IS NOT FAIR BUT ARE NOT WILLING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER!!!

 

I HOPE SOMEBODY FROM AT&T HAVE THE BALLS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!
