Any recommendations on how to resolve a billing problem? We have been AT&T wireless customers since they were Cingular. Around January we purchased new phones, plus a tablet and renewed our contract. The sales person told us our bill would be around $200 (including estimated taxes and fees). So, I phoned the first month I received a bill over $250. The customer service person said it was just the difference from the new purchase and prorated charges.
We'll not it's been three or four months over $250 and I'm not happy! I don't want to get the run around with calling customer services and would like to know what recommendations you may have. I messaged a CS here on the forums back on April 18th and have not received a reply. :smileysad:
